Title: Comfort Specialist
Hometown: Charlotte, NC
Grant Huffstetler from Carolina Energy Conservation

Grant is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina and moved with his family to Pawleys Island, South Carolina to enjoy the beach life in 2022. Grant began his career as a successful Solar Energy Consultant in 2015 while attending Appalachian State University to study business. Now as a Comfort Specialist at Carolina Energy Conservation, he credits his success to his firm belief and passion for green, renewable energy, as well as his willingness to educate others.

Energy conservation is, at it's very core, the beating heart of pretty much ever facet of life. Not only do we help reduce our carbon footprint and help our planet, but we also help ourselves, mentally/physically, and also financially. Whether it be new cellulose attic insulation, or 70+ solar panel ground-mount system-- they are both achieving the same goal --saving lots of hard earned money, as well as helping the environment.

When he is not at work, Grant loves to be in the outdoors and spending time with family. He enjoys bush crafting, solo camping with his dog, snowboarding and riding dirt bikes. Grant also enjoys the Game of Thrones series, playing drums, photography and fishing. If he isn't at the beach, you can find him in the Francis Marion National Forest.

His goal is to repurchase his family's Banner Elk mountain home.

"Happiness does not come from doing the easy work, but from the afterglow of satisfaction that comes after the achievement of a difficult task that demanded our best." Theodore Isaac Rubin
