His excellence not just in performing the job, but in going beyond in every way. His knowledge of not just his trade, but construction in general was unparalleled. Our need included having to move the location of the water heater. Ike carefully considered every angle of it and had a plan conceived that was perfect. When they coined the phrase, 'this man knows what he is doing' they were talking about Ike. He was courteous, considerate, diligent, thorough, precise ... what integrity!
