Feral Cats have destroyed the insulation under this Hemingway home!
This home owner first noticed that the crawl space access door was laying in her yard. Then looking into the space she could see fallen insulation and wet areas. She called Carolina Energy Conservation for a free crawl space inspection.
Solution
Alex from Carolina Energy Conservation inspected the crawl space and presented the home owner with a solution to repair the damage and set the home up for future success again pest and leaks. The work began with first fixing the leaking pipes. Then we put a moisture barrier down to isolate the house from the earth. Then we sealed the vents and outside air leaks and places a dehumidifier to maintain the crawl space.
