Solatube in Murrells Inlet

The family in Murrells Inlet noticed that their kitchen lacked natural light compared to the dining room right across from it. They approached Carolina Energy Conservation for a solution and after an energy evaluation, they decided to add a solatube. With the solatube installed above their countertop, their kitchen will be consistently brightened by natural light. The design of the solatube will help to reduce the intensity of the midsummer rays and maximize the weaker winter rays for optimal light. It also has a solar-powered nightlight, which will turn on automatically to allow visibility during the night. Making their kitchen more comfortable and fulfilling the family's desires.
