Friendly and helpful

Clear about what the options were, was honest about expectations (turns out sound is still flowing through the doorway :( It has helped some, but we understood it probably would not solve all of our sound issues.

Tyreese, Devin, and Alphonso were absolutely terrific - all three guys were a pleasure to meet, they worked diligently over the several hours they were here and we really appreciated all their efforts!

All good, great job all around :)
