Crawl Space Insulation Before & After Photos

Moisture can seap into a crawl space through the ground and infrastructure causing mold growth and musty air. This customer was noticing uncomfortable floors in their home and after a Carolina Energy Conservation Comfort Specialist visited the home, they saw where moisture was making its way into the crawl space. The CEC crew placed a vapor barrier around the entire crawl space to make for a dry environment below the home. 

This customers insulation was falling down from the floor boards below. With the help of a crawl space encapsulation, this crawl space is looking good as new! 

This home's crawl space had insulation issues which was causing moisture to get into the space. This caused mildew and mold to build up and create an issue for the homeowner. We did a complete insulation, encapsulation, and mold remediation.
