Challenge

This Myrtle Beach home flooded under the patio. Homeowners are getting the home raised and noticed the insulation in the crawlspace under their patio was moldy.

Solution

Once the home was lifted, we removed all of the insulation under the patio and now the Homeowner will enjoy their patio without the worry of the previous damage weaking their decking.
