Customer Service was good but there was lack of communication. I spoke to about 3 different people and they didn't seem to know what was happening and when I was suppose to be scheduled. I then spoke to Mary and she straightened everything out.
I spoke to Ben Spencer and he did the audit and listened to what I wanted and let me know what I needed. Everything was explained so that I understood what was going to be done and the cost.
Jason and John did the installation of the Radiant barrier and insulation. I knew exactly what they were doing, as I explained everything to me and answered all my questions.
The clean up awesome - you would never know I had work done.
