What made you choose our company:

My wife and I were interested in solar for our home. After attending the home show, we interviewed a couple of companies. We decided on Carolina Energy Conservation. Carolina salesperson Bill was on time and knowledgeable about his product, how the solar panels worked, availability of financing, and the installation process. After that meeting, Bill return a week later with a panel layout plan. With our approval, Carolina Energy Conservation summited all of the paperwork to our Housing Board (CEC also handled all of the permits needed for the project.). After a few revisions, we received approval by the governing board, for the project to move forward. A few days prior to the installation, I received an email with the installation team bio's. Joshua, Tito, and George arrived the day of the installation, my wife and I felt very comfortable. On the day of installation, the July heat was going to be in the 90's going up into the 100's. My main concerns were for the installer's safety, in the heat. Joshua, Tito and George assured me they would be fine, and they were. This showed me Carolina Energy is concerned about their employees and we made the right decision in selecting this company. During the installation I had a number of questions for these gentlemen, they answered all of my questions. Even in the heat, the team was professional and kept the work area neat and clean at all times. During this process, we dealt with two Project Managers. I had telephone calls to both Brian and Fred. After all the inspections were completed and we were on vacation in Maine, Fred came to turn on the system, so we would begin saving on our electric bill. I just received my electric bill and the system was operating for only 36 hours and we received an $8.50 credit from electric company. I also want to thank the ladies in the office, by the time this project was completed, they knew who I was by just hearing my voice. My wife and I would highly recommend Carolina Energy Conservation for your solar needs. This is a local company with local employees. Steve P. Murrells Inlet, SC
