Goodbye Mold in Murrells Inlet

Wendy from Murrells Inlet noticed that her floors were cold when she walked around her house. This happened to her in her own home. When she would visit other homes this did not happen. The wondered if it was her heating and cooling. After further inspection it was not. It was her craw space. 

After comfort specialist, Joel, evaluated their home, he found that the crawl space underneath their home was exposed to mold, and moisture 

Tyler and Brady (Conservation team)  were sent out to encapsulate the crawl space with a vapor barrier that seals off the outside environment from the crawl space so that moisture and pests cannot get into the insulation.

After the craw space was finished Wendy reported her floors are warm and her bills have gone down.
